If our shipping team has released the order, we are unable to accomodate any cancellations/changes.
Our workshop team is working around the clock to make and ship as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request if you submit the request even within 3 hours if the items are dispatched.
How long until my order is made and shipping out?
Personalized items are custom made-to-order (assembled, engraved, polished, plated, and packed) so we typically take 1-2 business days for creation before we ship your piece. This timeline may vary slightly and may be longer around holidays. We will always let you know if orders are taking longer than expected!
What is gold fillet
It is a great economical alternative to solid gold. An actual layer of gold is pressure bonded to another metal. GF is not to be confused with gold plating as it literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. GF is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colours. As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled.
