Production time

Every Bujoro piece is made to order. Personalized items are made after your order is placed, so please check your spelling, sizes and options carefully at checkout. Production takes 1-2 business days before your order ships. You will receive an email with a tracking number the day it leaves us.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard shipping is free on every order.
• All orders ship with tracking. Orders over $300 ship insured and require a signature on delivery. Please ship to an address where someone can sign.
• Typical delivery is 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

International shipping

• All international orders ship with tracking and delivery confirmation.
• Import taxes, customs duties and handling fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Bujoro has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
• Delivery times vary by country and by customs processing; 7-21 business days after shipping is typical.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

• If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel shows delivered but you don't have it, email info@bujoro.com with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, we remake and reship your order or refund you. Please contact us before contacting your bank; we can resolve this far faster than a dispute.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging and we will repair or replace it at our cost.

Your address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; a second shipping charge may apply.
