Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.


Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom and personalized jewelry is eligible for returns but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the custom nature of our products.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Request a Return

1. Email info@bujoro.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus the 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
